In life, there comes a time when you need to slow down. You may have been running so fast, or too far, and you run out of track, and you exceed the limits your legs seem running without the control of your brain.
Didn’t you notice? Your nerves are tensed. Your mind is wholly occupied. They’re exhausted. You’re exhausted.
Slow down. Have a nice walk. Enjoy the warm sunlight, when it rises and sets. Let go, of the worrying thoughts that haunt you night and day. Why the race? Life is short, but quality beats quantity. You should have no fear. You should only have hopes, and dreams. And as you walk, you’ll accomplish them all.
